Terms of Service
Version: 2
Last updated: 24 October 2026
These terms govern your use of Stravax Engage. Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them on behalf of the business you represent.
1. Who we are
Stravax Engage ("Engage", "the Service") is operated by Stravax Group LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates (licence 2537844.01), with a registered address at Shams Business Center, Sharjah Media City Free Zone, Al Messaned, Sharjah, UAE ("Stravax", "we", "us"). In these terms, "you" and "Customer" mean the business that holds the account. These terms replace any earlier Stravax Engage terms, including the merchant terms in our help centre.
2. The Service
Engage is a customer engagement platform for connected business and social messaging channels and website chat. It provides a shared team inbox, opt-in marketing broadcasts, automation, abandoned-cart recovery through a connected e-commerce platform, and lead and conversion tools (CRM and Ad Sync). Messaging uses the connected platforms’ official services. Available features depend on your plan and are described on our website and in the app.
3. Eligibility and accounts
Engage is for business use only. You must be at least 18 and authorised to bind your business. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping credentials secure, and for all activity by users you add to your organisation. Each organisation is a separate tenant; you may not access another tenant's data.
4. Acceptable use and business messaging policies
You are the sender of your messages and are responsible for them. You agree to comply with connected platform operator's business messaging Business Messaging Policy, the business messaging Business Terms, and all applicable law. In particular:
- You must have a lawful basis and valid opt-in before messaging any contact, and honour opt-out requests.
- No spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, unlawful, deceptive, or prohibited content.
- You must not use the Service to harass, defraud, or infringe the rights of others.
connected platform operator may rate-limit, restrict, or disable a business messaging number for policy violations. We are not responsible for actions connected platform operator takes against your number or account.
5. Your data and your contacts
You retain ownership of your data and your contacts' data. With respect to that data we act as your processor and handle it on your instructions, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are the controller or, where you use the Service for your own clients, their processor. Either way, you are responsible for ensuring that the necessary notice, consent and legal basis exist to message your contacts and to route their data through the Service. Where we act as your processor, that processing is governed by our Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these terms; by accepting these terms you accept it, and no separate signature is required.
AI features. The Service uses AI models for qualification and playbook tests, reply suggestions, insights, transcript translation, voicemail summaries and support triage, and for text-based audits and drafting where available. Workspace AI defaults to enabled. Turning off the qualifier does not turn off all AI features, and the apps do not ask individual members for an AI choice before these features run. When they run, AI providers receive the task content and context, which can include messages, voice transcripts, contact details, reference excerpts and support requests, and images or order information where enabled. We do not filter all personal data from these inputs. Providers act as our subprocessors under our Data Processing Agreement. AI output can be wrong, so check it before relying on or sending it.
6. Trials, plans and billing
Free trial. A new organisation can take one 7-day free trial without a payment card. It does not become a paid subscription by itself: when it ends, the account becomes read-only until you choose a plan and complete checkout. If we give you a trial code that you use at checkout, your payment details are collected at checkout and the subscription is charged automatically when that trial ends, unless you cancel before then.
Plans and extras. Plan prices and allowances are shown on our pricing page and again at checkout, in USD or AED. Each plan includes a set number of seats and business messaging numbers. Extras cost the same on every paid plan: USD 12 or AED 44 per month for each additional seat, and USD 20 or AED 73 per month for each business messaging number beyond your plan's allowance. connected messaging channel accounts, connected messaging channel pages and the website chat widget carry no extra charge on the plans that include them.
Adding and removing extras. Extras are billed monthly, including on annual plans, and an extra added part-way through a billing month is charged only for the days left in that billing month. An extra you remove stays available until the end of the current billing month and is not charged after that; no part of that month is refunded. If you move to a plan whose allowance covers an extra, that extra stops being charged from the day of the change, and the unused part of its billing month is credited in the same way as the plan change itself.
Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year, on the interval you choose, until cancelled. Each billing period is charged in advance; annual plans are charged in full at the start of each annual billing period.
Changing plans. If you change plan on the same billing interval, the price difference is prorated onto your next invoice. If you switch between monthly and annual billing, the new plan is charged the day you switch, with credit for unused time, and your billing date moves to that day.
Cancellation. An organisation admin can cancel in billing settings at any time, unless the account is suspended for non-payment, in which case contact support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep full access until then. After that, access is limited to billing, support and data export, and you can export your data as described in section 9.
Refunds. Fees already paid are not refunded, including for any part of a period after cancellation, unless applicable law requires otherwise or we agree in writing.
Usage beyond your plan. Apart from the AI allowance, plan usage limits (for example, broadcast messages, automation replies and flow runs, conversion events, and API and webhook calls) are a hard ceiling: when you reach one, that activity stops until the limit resets or you move to a higher plan (on the Scale plan, until we agree higher limits with you). Reaching a limit never results in an overage charge. Beyond your plan, the only usage taken from your prepaid wallet is AI usage past your monthly allowance, at the published rate, and any business messaging charges we have agreed to pay on your behalf, as described below.
connected e-commerce platform app. Abandoned-cart recovery through our connected e-commerce platform app also needs the app's plan, which connected e-commerce platform bills to your store at the price shown in the connected e-commerce platform App Store, under connected e-commerce platform's billing terms.
Taxes. Fees are exclusive of any taxes, which you are responsible for where they apply.
business messaging charges. business messaging conversation charges are billed by connected platform operator directly to your own business messaging Business account, at connected platform operator's prices, with 0% markup added by us; they are separate from your Stravax Engage fees and are your responsibility. If we agree with you in writing to pay connected platform operator for a number on your behalf, the business messaging charges for that number are instead taken from your prepaid wallet at the rate we agree with you.
Failed payment. Late or failed payment may result in suspension after notice.
7. Third-party platforms
The Service connects to third-party platforms you choose to use, such as messaging channels and advertising, CRM, payment, e-commerce and support platforms. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, changes, or actions.
Platforms you connect. When you connect your own account on another platform, such as an advertising, CRM, payment, e-commerce or support platform, you instruct and authorise us to send information about your contacts to that account, including contacts that came from your connected store. This can include contact details and identifiers. For an advertising platform, you use it to run, measure and improve your advertising. You choose which platforms to connect and can disconnect one at any time. Each platform handles what it receives under your own agreement with it and is not our subprocessor. The Service does not check a contact's consent or opt-out before sending information to an advertising platform you connect, so applying your contacts' choices there remains your responsibility.
connected e-commerce platform stores. If you connect a connected store, we use your customers' names, phone numbers, basic checkout and order details and marketing choices to send the cart-recovery and order messages you set up, to answer order questions where you switch that on, and to keep those customers as contacts in your workspace. We also receive the customer details connected e-commerce platform sends with privacy requests, which can include an email address. Our Privacy Policy explains how long we keep this data and how deletion requests are handled.
Payments in chat. If you connect your own account with a supported payment provider, your team can send customers a payment link in a conversation. You are the merchant of record for those payments: the link is created on your own payment account, the money settles to that account, and your agreement with that provider governs it. You are responsible for what you sell, for the accuracy of the amount and description, for refunds, chargebacks and disputes, and for any tax due. We add no charge of our own to those payments and we never receive or store your customers' card details. A payment link is payable as soon as it is sent, so check the amount before sending.
Stravax Engage is an independent product and is not endorsed by the connected platform operators.
8. Availability and support
We work to keep the Service available and provide support appropriate to your plan, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features labelled beta or early access are provided as-is and may change or be withdrawn.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, a business messaging or platform policy violation, non-payment, or risk to the Service or others. On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Contact privacy@engage.stravax.ai about export or deletion. The product does not provide a complete automatic data return or account, customer or populated-workspace erasure process. Termination does not start a complete 30-day deletion process. Account profiles, contacts, conversations, leads, campaigns, message media and other copies can remain without automatic expiry. Checkout-row cleanup, retained copies, the documented 90-day backup window and the risk of deleted data returning on restore are described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. These corrections describe current limits; they do not erase earlier contractual commitments.
10. Intellectual property
We own the Service, its software, and its design. You own your data. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you. If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve the Service without obligation to you.
11. Warranties and disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant any particular marketing, revenue, or deliverability outcome.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims and losses arising from your content, your messaging, your contacts' data, your lack of a valid opt-in or legal basis, or your breach of these terms.
14. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's non-public information and use it only to perform under these terms.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
