Is this WhatsApp only?

Do I need my own WhatsApp number?

Yes, a number dedicated to Engage. It cannot also run in the consumer WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app. We walk you through this during onboarding.

Is Shopify cart recovery really included?

Yes, on every plan including Starter. It is not an add-on and not gated to a higher tier.

How do WhatsApp charges work?

Meta charges per conversation based on the recipient's country and message category. We pass those charges straight through at transparent rates, billed from your prepaid wallet. You pay what Meta charges.
