  • Nothing for WhatsApp messages: Stravax Engage runs Tech Provider billing, so Meta bills your own WhatsApp Business account directly, at Meta's prices, on your own Meta invoice. Stravax Engage adds 0% markup on top. Your sends are still itemised in your usage statement, at zero.
  • AI overage: AED 0.75 per conversation-equivalent from wallet credit after your plan's monthly AI allowance is used. No upgrade is required. If the wallet runs low, AI conversations pause until you top it up.
  • Extra users: $12AED 44/mo each, on any plan.
  • Extra WhatsApp numbers: $20AED 73/mo each beyond your plan's allowance, on any plan.

What is included on every plan?

The shared WhatsApp inbox, contacts and segments, broadcasts, templates and chatbot flows. The website widget opens WhatsApp. Website and hosted forms create CRM leads. Ad conversion sync and click-to-WhatsApp attribution are included on every plan.

What is the difference between Starter, Growth, and Scale?

Starter runs WhatsApp properly: your team handles conversations with AI as a copilot drafting replies and summaries. Growth is your AI sales team: AI qualifies leads using your setup and resolves tickets on its own, plus Instagram and Messenger (rolling out from Growth), abandoned-cart recovery, and sequences. Scale runs it like a business: multi-brand agency workspace, revenue analytics, and developer API access.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. 7 days, no credit card. You get Growth-plan features with Starter-plan seats and trial-sized limits on broadcasts, conversion events, AI conversations and WhatsApp numbers.

How does annual billing work?

Pay for the year and your monthly rate drops: Starter to $65 (AED 239), Growth to $109 (AED 399), Scale to $218 (AED 799). The monthly price stays visible either way, so you can always see what you are paying.

What happens if I go over a plan limit?

Extra AI conversations draw on wallet credit after your monthly allowance is used. No upgrade is required. If the wallet runs low, AI conversations pause until you top it up. Other plan limits have a clear upgrade path.

How much do WhatsApp conversations cost?

Exactly what Meta charges, and nothing more. Stravax Engage runs Tech Provider billing: Meta bills your own WhatsApp Business account directly, at Meta's published rates for your country, on your own Meta invoice. Stravax Engage adds 0% markup, so a message never draws on your Engage wallet.

Is there an iOS or Android app?

The Android app is live on Google Play, and the iOS app is live on the App Store. Both are included on every plan at no extra charge. Engage also runs in any mobile browser, with the full inbox, CRM, and campaigns.

Can I add more users than my plan includes?

Yes, an extra seat is $12 (AED 44) per month, on any plan.

Do you support agencies or multiple brands?

Yes. Above Scale we build a workspace for agencies and larger operators: separate client organisations with their own wallets and invoices, client dashboards, and your own markup on messaging. See the agency section above, it is inquiry-based since every setup is different.

Can I choose my currency?
