  • WhatsApp conversation charges: billed separately from your prepaid wallet at transparent pass-through rates. You pay what Meta charges based on recipient country and message category. No markup shown, no hidden fee.
  • Annual billing: pay for the year and the monthly rate drops (Starter AED 249/mo, Growth AED 549/mo). Both numbers shown so you can see the real saving.

What is included on every plan?

The shared team inbox, marketing broadcasts, Shopify abandoned-cart recovery, template management, and prepaid wallet billing. Cart recovery is never an add-on.

How are WhatsApp messages charged?

Separately from your plan, from your prepaid wallet. Meta sets the rate per conversation by the recipient's country and message category. We pass it straight through.

Can I add more than the included users?

Yes, AED 50/mo per extra user on any plan.

What is the difference between Growth and Managed?

Growth is for teams who want to run WhatsApp themselves with scheduling and attribution. Managed is for brands who want our team to run it end to end.

Is there a free trial or instant signup?

No. Engage is in private beta and access is by request, so we can onboard each brand properly. Request access and we will set up a call.

Do you bill in AED?

Yes. Plans are AED. WhatsApp conversation charges follow Meta's rates.
